About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Metrology Technician to support the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, on-site in Lakehurst, NJ.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department handles Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and supports additional Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs, delivering logistics, engineering, and cyber work products.

Note: This position is for future openings; immediate vacancies may not be available.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

• Calibrate electronic instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform tests, adjustments, and repairs according to established procedures and standards.
• Maintain calibration records and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address calibration issues.
• Require knowledge of electronic principles, experience with calibration tools, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators in troubleshooting AC and DC circuits.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Secret Clearance.
