Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct product and process testing to meet standards and customer specifications.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize daily lab work with available resources.
• Own calibration and preventive maintenance for lab instruments.
• Lead GD&T-based dimensional inspection and validation.
• Turn test results into actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and audits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives grounded in data.
• Develop process test methods and revise controlled documents.
