Job summary

Carlex is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Nashville. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts, coaching operators and coordinating daily work to meet demand and targets.

You will also investigate incidents, participate in audits, and support materials planning, payroll accuracy, and maintenance activities to protect uptime. A strong attendance record is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred (not required).
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Glass manufacturing process knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for business travel.
• Ability to work any shift with regular, predictable attendance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production crew to deliver safe, high-quality output on every shift.
• Conduct daily huddles aligning team on production targets, quality checkpoints and updates from other sites.
