Qualifications

• Proficiency with PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and Minitab.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab operations, testing schedules, and resource use.
• Lead and develop a team of ~4 technicians.
• Ensure compliance with FMVSS, ANSI, ECE, and customer specs.
• Maintain calibration programs and measurement systems.
• Perform MSAs, capability studies, and data analysis.
• Support PPAP, 8D investigations, and audits.
