Carlex Glass Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Leader to sustain plant-wide IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 compliance and drive PPAP readiness. You will own Control Plans, DVP&R, PFMEA, and Standardized Work, and monitor warranty data with data-backed actions.

You will collaborate with Corporate Quality to raise product and process performance, lead audits, and partner with customers and suppliers. Occasional travel to assembly plants is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical field is required.
• HS diploma with 8+ years of manufacturing quality experience also accepted.
• IATF Internal Auditor certification is required; Lead Auditor preferred.

Responsabilités

• Champion the Carlex Quality Policy and plant compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Own PPAP-ready documentation: Control Plans, DVP&R, PFMEA, and Standardized Work.
• Monitor warranty data and supplier PPAP files with data-backed actions.
• Oversee process audits and finished product inspections for quality.
• Collaborate with Corporate Quality to deploy plant-wide standards.
• Travel to assembly plants to review products on-site as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of FMVSS-205, ECE R43, CCC, and related regulations.
