You will guide CMM Operators and Programmers, train staff on dimensional inspection, and ensure calibration processes meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a metrology or quality lab.
• Strong knowledge of measurement and calibration processes.
• Ability to train and mentor technicians.
• Experience with quality standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to CMM Operators and Programmers.
• Train and develop associates on dimensional inspection and layout results.
• Calibrate and certify inspection equipment for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate inspection data and reports clearly for proper interpretation.
• Mentor metrology staff and promote adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate third party test lab services as needed.
• Establish and report KPI metrics for calibration and maintenance.
• Staff management and performance evaluations.
• Foster a safe work environment and uphold Health and Safety standards.
