Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree strongly preferred.
• Strong technical & fixturing background in measurement lab operations or quality systems.
• Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years’ experience with CMMs and metrology equipment.
• Portable Arm CMM programming experience and knowledge of dimensional inspection.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train lab technicians and staff.
• Oversee daily lab operations and CMM scheduling.
• Ensure accurate documentation of lab processes and records.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Manage laboratory supplies, instrumentation, and tooling needs.
• Maintain measurement software and coordinate updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quality expectations.
• Record training activities and support new tooling implementations.
