Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.
• Experience with AMAT Verity and KLA F5X / SFS equipment desirable.
• Proficiency in technical writing and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance, tool fingerprinting, and continuous improvement projects to meet tool availability goals.
• Drive root cause analysis on equipment excursions to prevent recurrence.
• Present technical data and project updates to peers and management.
• Create and modify procedures and preventive maintenance specifications to increase tool availability and enhance training procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors on technical escalations, parts sourcing, and field service support.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment following gowning and safety protocols; may require off-shift support for critical tool downtime.
