Davidson College's Matthews Center for Career Development seeks a Specialist for Metrics & Assessment to lead data collection, reporting, and the maintenance of the Center's analytics systems.

The role collaborates across campus to gather data, develop dashboards, perform ad hoc requests, oversee the First Destinations Survey, and support employer relations data management with SOPs for CRM use.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent computer skills and comfort with technology.
• Experience collecting and reporting data and creating visual dashboards.
• Familiarity with data sources such as Handshake, LACRM, and 12Twenty.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance metrics and articulate reporting requirements, producing dashboards and visual reports.
• Develop, maintain, and improve a central dashboard and data processes.
• Identify patterns and trends within raw data.
• Pull dashboard reports from Handshake and 12Twenty for the Matthews Center team.
• Create reports for ad hoc data requests in collaboration with campus partners.
• Oversee the First Destinations Survey data collection and illustrate results for internal and external reporting.
• Coordinate MCCD annual report data collection and collaborate on marketing/event reporting.
• Develop SOPs for employer relationship management and CRM usage.
• Lead qualitative data collection activities such as focus groups and interviews.
