Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) seeks Career Level Methods Process Analysts for the Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX. This 6-month contract role focuses on applying Industrial Engineering concepts to develop operating and recovery plans, perform data-driven capacity analyses, and drive process improvements in a high-pressure environment.

Candidates must be a US citizen with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in project planning, scheduling, and manufacturing planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management.
• 3+ years in a factory environment with lean concepts.
• Experience with Python, SAS, VBA, SQL and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Develops operating and recovery plans and supports capacity and constraint analyses.
• Builds models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics to customers.
• Implements and improves processes to enhance schedule performance and reduce cost.
• Defines project scope, cost and timing, and performs risk analysis with PM tools.
• Interacts with multi-functional teams to gather data for process improvements.
• Analyzes value streams, capacity, throughput, and logistics for optimization.
