Job summary

CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks Career Level Industrial Engineers for the Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX.

The role focuses on applying industrial engineering concepts to develop operating and recovery plans, conduct capacity analyses, and improve processes to lower costs and enhance schedule performance. The position requires US citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, and 4x10 schedule on-site in San Antonio, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field from an ABET accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or Production Engineer in a factory environment with lean concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SAS, VBA, SQL, Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Develops Operating plans and Recovery plans as needed.
• Develops models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis for customers.
• Develops, implements, and improves processes to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality using Lean and IE concepts.
• Performs risk analysis and defines scope, cost, and timing of projects.
