Job summary

Boeing Future of Flight is seeking Expert Methods Process Analysts for the Executive Fleet program. This 6-month, on-site contract in San Antonio requires US citizenship and offers the opportunity to apply Industrial Engineering concepts to develop operating and recovery plans, conduct capacity analyses, and improve processes.

You will work in a multi-functional team, build models and metrics, use Lean techniques, and help lower costs while improving schedule performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management.
• 6+ years of experience in a factory environment with Manufacturing Operations, Planning, engineering drawings and lean concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SAS, VBA, SQL, Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating and recovery plans as needed.
• Develop models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide metrics for management.
• Improve processes to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs and improve quality.
• Define scope, cost and timing of projects and perform risk analysis.
• Lead projects and create value stream analyses including capacity and throughput.
• Interact with teams to gather data for process improvements.
• Schedule work plans and conduct data analysis and staffing improvements.
