AES is seeking a Team Leader for the Metering group to provide leadership, technical guidance, and oversight for metering services. You will coach direct reports, drive performance improvements, and support metering standards and best practices.

Responsibilities include supervising meters operations, training on AMI and smart meters, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives while fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or Journeyman Meter Technician apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in electric utility metering operations and supervisory roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet goals.
• Oversee safe, reliable operation of metering services.
• Train employees on meter tech, AMI, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with Metering Management on O&M and capital planning.
