Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking dependable Metered Mail Assistants for multiple roles across three shifts, through late December, pending performance and attendance. 1st Shift – Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM; Pay: $16.94/hour. 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:30PM – 10:30PM; Pay: $16.94/hour.

3rd Shift – Monday to Friday, 10:30PM – 6:30AM; Pay: $17.94/hour. Responsibilities include preparing outgoing metered mail by verifying date, postage, and barcode quality; identifying and communicating

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of English to safely follow operational and safety instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or on different shifts.
• Strong reliability and dependability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend up to 80% of the time.

• Prepare outgoing metered mail by verifying correct date, postage, and barcode quality prior to mail being moved to production.
• Identify and communicate errors and problematic barcodes found in mail.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mail jams on machines.
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed.

Metered Mail Assistant

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for multiple Metered Mail Preparation roles across three different shifts. These positions are expected to run through late December, pending performance and attendance. See below for specific jobs, pay rates, and schedules.

1st Shift –

• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM
