Job summary

You’ll ensure safe, efficient work and regulatory compliance while supporting emergency response and storm restoration.

You will oversee daily workload, scheduling, payroll approvals, and performance metrics; coach staff; and drive continuous improvement through data and technology.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in utility or operational settings.
• Experience leading unionized workforce is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
