Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in gas operations.
• Strong technical proficiency in gas meter testing and measurement.
• Experience supervising a union workforce.
• Proficiency with computers and data analysis; familiarity with Microsoft applications.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a diverse union workforce, set expectations, monitor performance, and address issues.
• Promote safety culture and enforce safety policies and timely corrective action.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure service-level commitments.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee gas meter operations programs including installation, testing, operation, repair, and maintenance of meters and related devices.
• Develop partnerships with Gas Operations, Customer Metering Services, Engineering, and others to achieve program objectives.
• Oversee contractor, vendor, and consultant performance to meet scope and schedule.
