Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Meter Billing Specialist to join the on-site team in Brea, CA. You will verify meter data, reconcile billing and respond to customer inquiries to ensure accurate invoices across systems.

Collaborating with contract administration and IT, you will drive on-time billing and maintain compliance with contracts. Prior experience in customer service and ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in customer service or billing.
• Experience reviewing meter data, invoices and billing statements.
• ERP experience (Oracle, SAP or JD Edwards) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review meter data and billing information for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Generate and process on-time invoices based on validated data.
• Respond to billing inquiries and coordinate with IT and contracts teams.
