Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, math, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and follow safety, environmental, operational, and financial expectations in an active industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow Radius Recycling safety and environmental expectations.
• Work with operations teams to learn daily routines, material flow, and equipment use.
• Understand how costs, quality, and service drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in coaching, meetings, and improvement projects to build readiness to lead people.
