Strong communication, math, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Rotate through safety, environmental, operations, commercial, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, and finance.
Learn daily routines, coach others, and ensure work gets done by coordinating with teams.
Support safety, cost management, and process improvement initiatives.
Participate in coaching, meetings, and stretch assignments to build readiness to lead people.
