Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training - Metals, a hands-on development role that rotates through safety, operations, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, and finance to build future leaders who can improve safety, service, cost, and performance.

The program combines coaching, shadowing, and stretch assignments to teach safety, material flow, shredder operations, and business fundamentals while preparing you to lead teams and drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training.
• Ability to learn and follow safety, environmental, operational, financial expectations in an active industrial environment.
• Strong communication, math, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, analyze information, use sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Radius Recycling safety and environmental standards.
• Support daily operations across departments and coordinate field activities.
• Develop cost awareness and help improve efficiency and service.
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and teamwork to meet business goals.
