The program rotates through safety, environmental, operations, commercial, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, and finance, with coaching, shadowing, and stretch assignments to build readiness and accountability.

You will learn how metals recycling creates value, how leaders keep people safe, and how daily decisions affect service, cost, profit, and team success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required for training and field exposure.
• Ability to learn safety, environmental, operational, commercial and financial expectations in an active industrial environment.
• Strong communication, math, organization, follow-through and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through safety, environmental, operations, commercial, logistics, maintenance, purchasing and finance.
• Support daily operations and help manage costs and improve results.
• Learn leadership routines, coaching, and team communication.
• Participate in field assignments, coaching, and performance reviews.
