Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required for training, field exposure, and business needs.
• Ability to learn and follow safety, environmental, operational, commercial, financial, approval, and documentation expectations in an active industrial environment.
• Strong communication, math, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure, analyze information, use sound judgment, and communicate professionally with employees, customers, suppliers, peers, and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow Radius Recycling safety and environmental expectations.
• Work with operations teams to learn daily routines, material flow, scale and inspection work, facility operations, production needs, staffing coordination, equipment use, shipment readiness, and problem solving.
• Learn how buying, selling, freight, processing costs, material quality, supplier relationships, customer service, and market conditions affect business decisions and profit.
• Understand how maintenance keeps operations safe, reliable, and cost-effective through preventive maintenance and related processes.
• Understand inspection, production records, inventory reporting, budgets, forecasts, and key measures connecting daily decisions to safety, cost, profit, and performance.
