• Ability to apply data analysis, measurement methods, and process controls.
• Strong communication with production teams.
• Hands-on, on-call troubleshooting.

• Support operations with real-time troubleshooting and root cause analysis; implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence
• Partner with maintenance and production teams to improve uptime, reliability, and throughput
• Lead or support projects focused on safety, quality, and cost reduction across the operation
• Ensure compliance with established quality systems and participate in internal and external audits

What you will do

What you bring

• Ability to apply data analysis, measurement methods, and process control techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with production teams
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment with on-call troubleshooting
