  • ITAR compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage approved engineering and manufacturing improvement projects from concept through implementation.
  • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, safety, ergonomics, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing process improvements that support operational goals.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Evaluate manufacturing equipment performance, reliability, and lifecycle requirements while recommending upgrades and improvements.
  • Coordinate equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and commissioning activities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute engineering initiatives and achieve project objectives.
  • Utilize root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Support standardization efforts and best‑practice implementation across multiple production operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend actions to improve overall equipment effectiveness and production performance.

Job Details

Seeking Process Engineer to lead capital projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide technical expertise across production operations. This position plays a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving throughput and quality, reducing waste, and supporting long-term operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage approved engineering and manufacturing improvement projects from concept through implementation.
  • Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, safety, ergonomics, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing process improvements that support operational goals.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance to maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.
  • 7+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading process, equipment, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production operations.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence programs.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement practical, data‑driven solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • ITAR Compliant
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PMP, or related certifications.
  • Experience supporting capital equipment projects and process automation initiatives.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to influence and guide teams.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis methodologies, and manufacturing best practices.
