• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to interpret Hover drawings and calculate material needs
• Familiarity with metal roofing systems and installation practices

Responsibilities

• Train IMs, PCs and IPs on ordering metal materials and using Hover measurements
• Conduct in-office and on-site training to ensure install quality
• Lead weekly virtual meetings for team support and troubleshooting
• Mentor Regional IMs, IMs and PCs to improve material ordering and inventory usage
