Job summary

Erie Home is seeking a Metal Development Specialist to advance our stone-coated metal roofing operations. You will train Install Managers, Project Coordinators, and Installation Partners in material ordering, field execution, and inventory control, using Hover, the MLG tool, and Salesforce/Company Cam for reporting and collaboration.

You will read Hover drawings for accurate take-offs, obtain relevant certifications for metal profiles, and help drive safety and OSHA compliance across field teams

Qualifications

• Experience training IMs, PCs, and IPs on metal material ordering and field practices.
• Ability to lead in-office and on-site training for install teams and partners.
• Experience coordinating virtual meetings, troubleshooting, and creating training content.

Responsibilities

• Train IMs, PCs, and IPs on proper ordering of metal materials using Hover measurements and the MLG ordering tool.
• Facilitate in-office and on-site training for IMs, PCs, and IPs to ensure install quality.
• Lead weekly virtual team meetings to support metal ordering, live troubleshooting, and training content development.
