Job summary

Fountain seeks a Metal Development Specialist to advance and quality-control stone-coated metal roofing. You will train Install Managers, Project Coordinators, and Installation Partners on material orders, inventory management, and field execution, ensuring top standards.

The role requires hands-on development, certification in metal profiles, and the ability to read Hover drawings for take-offs, with emphasis on leadership and safety across regions.

• Proven expertise in metallurgy and materials engineering.
• Experience with metal development processes and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead training and virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Train Install Managers (IMs), Project Coordinators (PCs), and Installation Partners (IPs) on ordering of metal materials using Hover and the MLG ordering tool.
• Facilitate in-office and on-site training to ensure install quality and understanding of system details.
• Lead virtual team meetings monthly to support metal ordering, troubleshoot live, and coach on best practices.
• Support safety compliance and mentor regional IMs, IMs, and PCs for efficient material ordering and inventory use.
