Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Process Technician to monitor, operate, and support plant systems under supervision. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficient material handling across shifts, including Saturdays as needed.

You will verify equipment performance, report issues, and maintain safe operating conditions while supporting production needs. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma (an Associate degree is a plus) and 3+ years of industrial experience or 1+ year with an associate.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of safety practices and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to read and follow operating manuals and procedures.
• Accurate hand-eye coordination to operate equipment and valves safely.
• 3+ years of relevant industrial/plant/military experience with HS diploma, or 1+ year with an Associate degree.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check and document proper operation of plant machinery and systems.
• Inspect and adjust equipment conditions (temperatures, pressures, levels, belts, leaks).
• Support material handling to promote safe, efficient operations.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Assist with sampling and recording yield data for QA/QC.
