Crown Holdings, Inc. in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Line Operator to assist the Production Line Mechanic with a range of equipment and processes to maintain production efficiency and quality.

This position requires mechanical aptitude, a safety-first mindset, and strong teamwork; the role includes quality checks, following environmental and safety procedures, and long shifts up to 12 hours with day and evening rotations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing setting (high-speed manufacturing is preferred).
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Exhibit safety and quality as their top priorities.
• Effective and proven communication skills (both written and verbal) working in a team environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with metal coatings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist Production Line Mechanic in maintaining production line efficiencies, quality of production and records.
• Perform quality checks.
• Work under the direction of Production Line Mechanic.
• Follow all required environmental, health and safety procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety - keep work area clean.
