Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an End Center operator to ensure that end center production meets customer specifications and is properly packaged and palletized for shipment.

You will operate the packaging station, assist with machine maintenance, perform quality checks, manage materials, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of applicable safety regulations.
• Ability to learn and operate a forklift safely.
• Attention to detail to detect and report errors.
• Ability to learn the end-to-end end line process and customer specifications.
• Problem solving with independent and collaborative approaches.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate end center packaging station and palletize finished product.
• Assist Maintainer in troubleshooting production and clear jams as needed.
• Perform visual checks to ensure compliance and take corrective actions.
• Maintain supply of materials for End Center production (sorting, stacking, shrink wrap).
• Complete quality checks and documentation.
