This full‑time role runs Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with mandatory overtime and weekend shifts as scheduled. Candidates should have manufacturing experience, be prepared to bring their own tools, and support a safe, high‑quality metal packaging operation.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred; OSHA training and 6S training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety first attitude while working in a team.
• Ensure mechanical performance of automated production machines for high-quality cans.
• Make adjustments, repairs, and changes to equipment.
• Assist in equipment set-up and changeovers.
• Use precision measuring tools to inform machine operation.
• Apply SPC and process control to maintain production.
• Provide own tools for the position.
• Perform other duties as required.
