Job summary

PCC Aerostructures in Southern California is seeking a Forming Operator- Level 1 on first shift. This entry‑level role involves supervised forming tasks, loading material onto fixtures, and using basic hand tools to meet customer specifications.

You will verify part dimensions with micrometers and calipers and support a clean, safe manufacturing environment. Compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with a quarterly incentive bonus and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in mechanical forming or related processes.
• Ability to read technical documents, prints and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic tool handling.

Responsibilities

• With supervision, perform basic forming tasks such as loading material onto fixtures.
• Perform basic material forming using equipment per customer specifications.
• Perform basic inspection to ensure forming meets specs.
• Maintain area organization and cleanliness throughout shift.
