ClarkDietrich in Bristol, CT seeks a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team Member to safely operate metal forming equipment and support production goals. You will set up, run, and adjust machines, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

We value reliability, teamwork and a strong work ethic. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, and candidates must be willing to train and develop skills on the job.

Qualifications

• Meets mechanically inclined requirement and problem solving ability.
• Team oriented with strong communication in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and adjusts metal forming equipment.
• Keeps mill operating and m aintains equipment per procedures.
• Performs quality checks using tape measures and micrometers.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and follows safety rules.
• Trains and assists co-workers as needed.
• Completes required paperwork to specification.
