Job summary

ClarkDietrich in Warren, OH, is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member for 2nd or 3rd shift to safely set up and operate metal forming equipment on the production line. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and maintaining quality while meeting production targets.

The position requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to train others, and comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $25.19/hour with a full benefits package and monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and team oriented.
• Military equivalent accepted in lieu of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate stamping presses and metal forming equipment.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Inspect all work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep work area clean and tools/equipment in good condition.
• Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and cranes.
• Meet machine runtime goals and production expectations.
• Maintain production paperwork as required.
• Able to train others and work independently or with a team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
