Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a Fabricator to build and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role uses welding, cutting, and fabrication tools to produce parts that meet safety and quality standards.

You will read blueprints, measure and fit parts, and collaborate with supervisors and engineers to meet production goals while following strict safety procedures. A strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or metalworking.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble metal materials using fabrication equipment and hand tools.
• Operate machinery such as saws, presses, grinders, drills, shears, ironworkers, and other fabrication equipment.
• Weld and tack components as required using approved welding procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
