Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparation of biological fluids and tissues for LC/MS metabolomics experiments.
• Targeted and untargeted LC/MS metabolomics analysis of biological extracts.
• Analysis of LC/MS metabolomics data.
• Generation of metabolomics reports.
• Ordering supplies.
• Lab organization and maintenance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Establishing new metabolomics assays.
• Project Management.
• Community training and supervision as needed.
• Participate in meetings to design experiments and review data.
