Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related field.
• Four years of research experience; master's may offset one-for-one.
• LC-MS experience and ability to perform data analysis, statistics, bioinformatics, or programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of standard stock solutions and biological samples for metabolomic, proteomic, and pharmacokinetic analyses.
• Quantification and identification of metabolites using LC-MS/MS and related instruments.
• Participation in meetings with investigators for project planning and design.
• Contributing to written reports and publications with investigators inside and outside Duke.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
