Peggy is building a category-defining AI assistant for parents. We’re seeking a hands-on operator to design and run a video‑first growth engine on Meta (IG/FB), turning raw UGC into scalable, profitable user acquisition.

You will own Meta campaigns, optimize for retention and conversion, extract learnings, and deliver weekly recommendations to the founder. This role requires rapid iteration in a post‑iOS14 world.

Qualifications

• Must have personally run Meta paid social for subscription or freemium apps.
• Built or operated a UGC-heavy video ad system.
• Worked with low-signal attribution environments.
• Made real budget tradeoffs and lived with the consequences.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a video-first growth engine for Meta on IG/FB.
• Own campaign structure, budgets, and kill criteria; treat creative as main lever.
• Translate ad performance into messaging insights and product feedback.
• Maintain a clean testing log and share weekly recommendations with the founder.
• Support secondary channels (Apple Search Ads) only if justified.
