We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects and manage campaigns from strategy to execution. This hands-on strategist role involves owning a portfolio of client accounts, leading bi-weekly calls, managing Meta campaigns, and translating data into actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
