Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors. We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects.

This senior role leads client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and creative testing. You will own a portfolio of client accounts end to end, including client conversations, Meta performance management, and developing testing strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-client strategy conversations with clients.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and set testing priorities.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose proactive actions.
