Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, leading client conversations and Meta performance.

You will write direct-response copy, develop testing strategies, and diagnose funnel performance to drive booked appointments with high-net-worth prospects. This senior, hands-on role requires exceptional communication and the ability to operate across media buying, strategy, copy, creative, and funnel performance while maintaining

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing
• Monitor daily performance against cost-per-appointment and other key acquisition metrics
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine where changes are most likely to improve results
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences
• Develop hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations for testing
• Use performance data to generate new creative and messaging hypotheses
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality and strategic judgment
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems
• Evaluate performance across media, messaging, tracking, and lead flow to identify the source of funnel problems
