Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a results-driven Paid Social Manager to own Meta advertising across our brands and drive registrations. You’ll craft creative tests, set hypotheses, allocate budgets, and report on performance in plain business terms.

You’ll coordinate with a video editor and UGC creators, briefing hooks and ad copy in English, and optimize landing pages and lead forms for faster conversions. 4+ hours of overlap with US Eastern Time are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta buying in direct-response lead generation.
• Managed budgets of US$20K+/month or larger.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Able to articulate a testing methodology and document results.
• Comfort with spreadsheet-level analysis and cohort performance.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta ad accounts end-to-end for multiple brands.
• Lead creative testing with hypotheses and testing calendar.
• Analyze creative performance by metrics (hook rate, CTR, CPL).
• Coordinate with video editor and UGC creators; brief hooks and ad copy in English.
• Manage full-funnel performance: landing pages and lead forms; ensure data accuracy.
• Plan seasonal campaigns around registration windows and localized targeting.
• Produce weekly scorecards focusing on registrations, CPL, CAC, and efficiency.
