Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist who will own client accounts from strategy through execution, focusing on Meta advertising to drive qualified appointments and high ROI.

You will manage a portfolio, lead bi-weekly calls, optimize campaigns, monitor cost per appointment, and translate data into actionable guidance for non-technical clients. The role emphasizes accountability, relationship building, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking; monitor spend and adjust.
