Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta advertising and lead generation.

You will lead bi-weekly client calls, optimize campaigns, monitor results, and translate data into actionable recommendations while building strong relationships that drive retention and referrals.

This role reports to leadership and requires proactive problem solving and clear, client-facing communication.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client-facing conversations.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact for performance and strategy.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports ahead of calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement improvement strategies.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; troubleshoot issues.
