Job summary

WIN Home Inspection is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager to grow our paid advertising program on Facebook and Instagram. You will collaborate with content, copy, and design teams to scale campaigns and drive measurable growth.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, strong budget management skills, and a data-driven mindset. You’ll stay ahead of platform updates and help shape scaling strategies in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
• Proven budget management with ROI delivery.
• Strong analytical, metrics-driven, and collaborative.
• Experience with Google/YouTube/LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
• Familiar with landing page tools and analytics/marketing automation is a bonus.

Responsibilities

This role is open to candidates with 4 to 8 years of experience. The scope will flex as Specialist or Manager depending on your expertise and leadership readiness.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with marketing teammates across paid ads, content, copy, and design to launch and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Guide campaign strategy, manage budgets effectively, and maximize ROI
• Track and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, and act on insights
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and targeting features
• For more experienced candidates, help shape scaling strategy and support peer development

What we’re looking for

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI at scale
• Metrics-driven, analytical and team-player, able to communicate insights clearly
• Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
• Familiarity with landing page tools, analytics platforms, or marketing automation a bonus
