Job summary

Beam Organics in Boston, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Social Intern to join our fast-growing DTC team. You will help set up Meta ad campaigns, ensure accurate tracking, and pull performance data to uncover insights for testing.

You'll work under the Paid Social Manager, gaining hands-on experience in both campaign setup and performance analysis while collaborating with agency partners for final creative and asset prep.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field.
• Strong interest in paid social and performance marketing.
• Very detail-oriented; you catch broken links or wrong UTM before it goes live.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), including pivot tables and basic formulas.
• Analytical mindset: you like finding the "why" behind the numbers and can explain it simply.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch Meta ads with campaigns, ad sets and ads, including audiences, placements, copy, UTMs and naming conventions.
• QA every launch: check links, copy, creative specs and tracking before ads go live.
• Pull performance data and turn it into insights; track and summarize test results to guide next rounds of creative.
