Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Science; leadership training preferred.
• Minimum one year of formal leadership or administrative experience.
• Evidence of commitment to diversity and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and continuous improvement of the MESA program at Barstow College.
• Coordinate with sponsors, deans, and administrators to meet program goals.
• Oversee budget, compliance, and reporting for the MCCP.
• Develop tutoring and AEWs with TLSC to support STEM students.
