Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations & Conversion Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. You will coordinate event setups, supervise part-time staff, and ensure safety and readiness for a wide range of events.

Reporting to the Operations & Conversion Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and event organizers to deliver efficient setups, timely changes, and a guest-focused facility experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in facility or event operations.
• Experience leading part-time staff preferred.
• Experience with event setups and changeovers is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate event setups, changeovers, and staffing.
• Ensure equipment and resources are ready for events and accurate to diagrams.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution.
