Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program, including scoping proposals and scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars. You will review reports before they ship and keep projects profitable while informing clients.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliable delivery to clients across industrial programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars; Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication; Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
