Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, manage budgets and invoicing inputs, and grow accounts through reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing/inspection programs.
• Schedule field/lab resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test discussions.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
